Confidentiality clause
D.A.S. is convinced that the protection of your personal data is essential,
including when you apply for a job. This document informs you of how and for the
purposes for which we use or process your personal data in connection with a job
application at D.A.S. Further information on the processing of personal data by D.A.S.

By applying for a job at D.A.S. and providing D.A.S. with your personal data in this
context, you agree that D.A.S. may process such personal data as part of the
application process. This may be personal data that you provide orally or in writing,
via an application form (online) or a letter (electronic or otherwise) or during an
interview (telephone or otherwise) with D.A.S. Personal data concerns your identity,
place of residence, address, e-mail address, telephone number, nationality, marital
status, education/training, diplomas, languages and professional background (current
and former employers, references, etc.). If and to the extent that D.A.S. needs to
collect certain special categories of personal data (e.g. medical data or other
sensitive data), we will ask for your express consent separately. We will only use
your personal data for and as part of the application procedure to D.A.S. D.A.S. keeps
your personal data during and after the recruitment and selection procedure. It may
retain your personal data for up to two years after the completion of the recruitment
and selection procedure, in order to inform you of any suitable future job offer. With
your permission, we may include you as a candidate in our recruitment pool for up to
five years after the completion of the recruitment and selection process. We may also
retain your personal data for five years after the recruitment and selection process
if you consider yourself a victim of discrimination, so that we can defend ourselves
against possible claims under the Discrimination Act.
Upon expiry of the
aforementioned retention periods, your personal data will be deleted.
You
may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the
processing based on consent prior to withdrawal. To the extent permitted by law, you
have the right to access, rectify, delete and limit personal data concerning you. You
also have the right to transfer data. If you wish to exercise your rights, please

privacy@das.be. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory
authority: Data Protection Authority, rue du Mail 35, 1000 Brussels. We will not pass
on the personal data you provide to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do
so or we are obliged to do so by authorities (judicial or extrajudicial).
